1. Introduction

These Wall Street Connect Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in StreetSmart’s Wall Street Connect mentorship services, including the Offer Track program (collectively, the “Program”). By purchasing or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

These Terms supplement StreetSmart’s general Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, these Terms control for all Wall Street Connect related services.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

Participation in Wall Street Connect and Offer Track is subject to StreetSmart’s approval. StreetSmart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or deny any applicant. Eligibility decisions may consider academic year, GPA, background, recruiting readiness, and overall candidate profile. Acceptance will be communicated in writing, including email.

3. Program Description

StreetSmart offers a premium mentorship program known as the Offer Track program (“Offer Track”), which may include mentorship sessions covering technical preparation, resume review, networking guidance, mock interviews, and general career coaching. StreetSmart may modify Program components at any time.

4. Definition of Offer

For avoidance of doubt, any reference to an “offer” means the participant’s next qualifying recruiting outcome only. This refers to an internship offer when recruiting for internships or a full-time offer when recruiting for full-time roles. StreetSmart guarantees at most one such offer under the Offer Track program and does not guarantee any additional offers beyond that.

5. Money Back Guarantee

Certain participants may be eligible for a money back guarantee, subject to StreetSmart’s explicit written approval. Approval for Offer Track enrollment does not automatically grant eligibility for the money back guarantee. If approved, the money back guarantee means that StreetSmart will refund 100% of the Offer Track program fee paid by the participant if the participant does not receive at least one qualifying offer, as defined herein, within a reasonable timeframe (generally one to two recruitment cycles), unless explicitly otherwise stipulated. This guarantee applies only if the participant has satisfied the program participation requirements and policies communicated by StreetSmart.

StreetSmart reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of non participation, misrepresentation, failure to engage, or material deviation from mentor guidance. StreetSmart does not guarantee employment outcomes beyond the refund terms expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Participant Obligations

Participants agree to actively engage in mentorship sessions and assigned preparation, provide accurate information, follow mentor guidance in good faith, and conduct themselves professionally. Failure to do so may void any refund eligibility.

7. Employment Guarantee

StreetSmart provides coaching and mentorship only. StreetSmart is not an employer, recruiter, or placement agency and does not guarantee interviews, hiring, or employment outcomes beyond the limited refund terms described in these Terms.

8. Payments

All Program fees are non refundable unless explicitly approved under the money back guarantee. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of recruiting outcomes unless a refund is formally granted by StreetSmart.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetSmart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program. The Program is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

StreetSmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreetSmart and its affiliates from any claims arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

StreetSmart may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
